I'm roughly on the same mileage and have just swapped out the Millers CRX 75w-90 LS as the Millers was too thin and making the plates smack like a bastard, now running Castrol Syntrax 75w-140 LS though it and it's quiet as a mouse, the only noise was the smallest amount doing a 3 point turn
