We've had loads of issues like this. Guided diagnostics does a reset of the APIM module (aka sync module) and also the FCDIM and this normally cures it for a couple of months. We haven't yet got an update to cure it. Surely 14 plate this would get done under warranty??
Thankyou for the info mate appreciate it.yes it should be under warrenty but our local ford dealer are asking for £60 for an ecu update
so just wanting to speak to the service manager.
Like o said above on the vauxhalls weve got similar issues and theres an update for them but only certain radio sets and not others wich i find odd.
