I've currently got a pattern part fitted with internal fuel pot (metal) but still had surge when running under 1/3 of a tank on track so was wondering if the 2.0 inj tank was the same as the cosworth original with the better plastic swirl pot.
I never had a single surge issue with the original tank at 500bhp. I got a pattern one with a metal swirl pot had it converted to aero fittings put it in the car when I changed my fuel lines and it surged like fuck. Had to fit a swirl pot and second pump
