Hi, i noticed a nick in the water feed pipe to my turbo on a cosworth yb, there was plenty of spare so have just cut a piece of the end.
The problem is when trying to refit to the stainless fitting it is allowing the silicone hose to move when tightened unless I tighten the jubilee to the extent it s going to cut the pipe again.
Just wondered if anyone else has had this issue and if so how did you resolve it, I had considered sanding the pipe a little to help it grip but it seems a bit of a bodge
