Probably not without doing a shed load of other work. The 2.3 is only 150bhp, 25 up from your 2.0 at the min because it's a low compression engine. The head on the 2.3 is shite, not worth a bolt, the 2.0 16v one is better, but I believe you may have to do some grinding to the combustion chamber, otherwise the CR is off the scale. The balance shafts means it wont fit with the Sierra cross member. Most people who do the conversion remove the shafts, block up the oil feed, weld in a piece to the block and fit a Sierra sump. Then you have to think about an exhaust manifold, as there's no off the shelf item that'll fit. So, it's possible, but it's not plug and play. The easiest option would be to take the head off your 2.0, fit the 16v head from a Scorpio, get a non PATS RS2000 ecu and injectors and you got the same power as the 2.3 but without half the ball ache.
