And no, I have never been the victim of a drink driver.
But I have been crashed into by 4 sober drivers over the years.

No, apparently there are no accidents any more, this is why they now call them collisions. And with an attitude of tolerance to incompetence that is causing the crashes...is it any wonder road deaths are increasing, and people are killing each other on the roads.
Yes people are involved, but when there are no proper education and training schemes for those who have proven themselves incompetent to drive, how will they ever change their ways ?
