Sat Nav will always show very accurate speeds and is a good way to check how well your speedo is reading. I was suprised that my speedo reading in my 2wd with 17inch wheels and 205/40/17 track day tyres was spot on at all speeds.
exactly as its a way of testing or if you have to use as a back up
