I have got Koni front shocks with Eibach lowering springs on the front and Bilstein rear shocks with Eibach lowering springs on the rear of my 2wd Sapphire Cosworth (35mm lower than standard ) plus front and rear custom made strut braces with poly bushes everywhere. The car holds the road really well with no bodyroll etc but the downside for some people is a very stiff car in which you do feel the bumps and have to try and avoid potholes etc. It is a trade off , vastly improved road holding but a lot less comfortable ride, you have to decide what suits you best.
