Hi all.

We've got a mk6 escort 1.4 and it just wont start. We picked it up yesterday as a non runner, with in 1 hour of getting it of the tralier it started and run fine, it ran for a good 30min's arfter with i turn it off, after a nother 30mins it starte back up fine and ran a treat. But after 10mins it started to miss fire, and sience then it just does not want to start. There is no sound of petrol pump running, and also no spark at the plugs, the fuses have all been cheked and are all good, the pump relay has been changed, and we know the the relay is a good one and works fine, but no spark and no fuel. Have tryed using a different ecu ( one of a mk2 xr4i) and still wont start.

Can any body help as i have no idea???????????????????????????
