I do tachos I work for Adams Morey Daf we see a fair few trucks that belong to people who have never driven with a digi card nor own one. You only need one if you drive a truck with a digi tacho if you don't you don't have to have one.
I still see guys in are place who have been driving for most there life and only just got a card due to a new truck who don't have a clue how to use the newer tachos as they have never used one lol
