Correct, the only exception is for people like yourself where by their duty time exceed thier driving time on a daily basis. Unless your are a domestic driver ie work for the council, police or fireman. Other than that your need a drivers cpc to use an lgv. No ifs no buts,.of you keep getting stop and failing to produce you drivers cpc card make no mistake you will go to jail.
