i'm with the RAC and can't really complan always very nice people, called themout 3 times last year on 3 differnt cars only thing i wasn't happy about was when a caliper failed on the old fiesta and when i spoke to them i told them it was lowered and may need a low lowder but they didn't take any notic and when they arrived after waiting for an hour i hat to wait another hour for the low lowder to arrive after they discovered they couldn't tow it.

try and get there best policys they offer makes life a lot easer
