Nope, I still say that barn funds, because they are historical artefacts in need to rescuing, shouldn't be the same as road finds, simply because if you left your car in the road it means it's not worth caring for yet if you lock your pride and not in a rickety old barn, you are obviously worth some dosh and it's like a great big fuck you to your kids
Leaving a "classic" car in a barn to rot and be covered in pigeon shit can also mean the owner doesn't think it's worth caring for.
Regardless of where the car is left, and regardless of the cars age, if it's dumped, it's dumped.
