I was wondering if anyone on this forum has relocated there car battery to the back of the ST170.

If so what did you need to do so, as in terms of cable, amp-age, length etc, what also do you use to join the cables under the bonnet, and where do you route the cables through the bulk head ?

Also why do people do this ? my reason is I'm looking to expand the size of the airbox, and fit a few other things under the bonnet.
