How much does the car mean to you and how long do you intend on keeping it? If not much and not long, get it too a college and let them plate it up for next to nothing, if it means more and you intend on keeping it for some time, get a panel and get it welded in place properly, a regular garage should be able to do it for you for not too much, a bodyshop could charge a hell of a lot, but will probs do the best job of it.
Means a hell of a lot too me and I want to keep it for a good few years yet
