I have a turbo been sat for a long time I got it off ebay.There is very minimal play in it.I was thinking of testing it by some how blocking the oil return off and filling the turbo up with oil through the oil feed and blanking it off and putting by drill on the end of the turbine and propelling it to see if there are any leaks.Its a variable speed drill.The turbo wont lose oil as it will be full with both ends capped of so nothing gets out.I no the idea sounds mad but I carnt think of another way of testing it unless I install it which is a pain in the arse especially if it is screwed.Unless any one else has any ideas lol
