Administrators have full control anyway, those accounts referenced by there 'SID' number won't make any difference.

OP, it's going to be an ownership issue, in the 'Security' tab you have an 'Advanced' option at the bottom, then the 'Owner' tab, you will probably find the current owner is referencing an unknown account, you therefore need to take ownership of the folder.
