surely any local metal fabricators ,rather than exhaust fabricators, should be able to make you that up ? an exhaust specific manufacturer will probably only use off the shelf stuff they buy in rather than making the tailpipes themselves? don't need to complicate matters by telling them what it is, just give them a drawing with dimensions and finish and they'll make anything you want.
