Your S will have a MAF sensor and your SE will have a MAP sensor.
You can either just not plug the MAP in (It's located in the inlet manifold) or you can put your inlet manifold from your original engine on the new engine.

The valves are different in them though so you cant swap over them over.

So yes, you can swap the heads over BUT the valves depending on whether its a phase one or two are different (ones got a plastic cam cover and the other is metal).
Could bang a 1.7 Puma engine in there? More power
Edit: When removing the valves if you do, make sure not to mix up the buckets/shims... I drew out a diagram and labeled each one when I changed mine.
