I already have a 1.6se ib5 gearbox and the FRP one. if i cant find a bell housing to swap over i may search for a diesel one.
Another question, You using a 1 piece sump or 2 piece?
There is no such thing of you heard lol im using it as we speak lol.Im using a 2 piece sump I couldn't be arsed messing about with sumps and I don't see the need to change it when there is enough clearance anyway.My diesel box came off a 1.8 P reg fiesta.When I built mine up I just used the first gearbox I could get hold of.It was just abit of fun but I enjoy it a lot now. which is why I want to play with a petrol box.If Churtz was saying 200bhp is fine on a 1.3 box then that's good enough for me and his is supercharged.I did think about taking this to 300bhp on a turbo engine but now thinking about it I think 200bhp is suffient as a daily in a car so light.I think it has to be usable power.
