Metal gear solid does look pretty different being set in a huge open real time world. However, after the disaster that was mgs4 it will no doubt be about 80% cutscene of some bullsh*t story that doesn't even make sense to the people that made it.

However, lack of games and teething issues is why I'm going to wait until I dable in the console business just yet.

I'm starting to be more interested in the PS4 so I thought I would look at that..
It has had around 100 games announced/hinted for 2014.
Around 15 are already out on PC
40+ are psn games
3 final fantasy's
and out of the remaining games there is only 6 that are console exclusives and they are all mid-late 2014.
