I needed to get a new one for my ECM 1200 so have little option but to buy one with all the calibration data.
Basically, you have 14 available technical tests that can be done to perfect a sensors output curve and then be individually entered into the headunit. This then makes the system certified accurate to 0.9% anywhere between 06 and 150 AFR and capable of reading oxygen accurately up to 22%.
As you will probably know Simon, this is currently world leading technology, but at a price
