Got to blame the 'bonus bashers' who do the jobs too quickly and lob pollen filters in the bin.
I worked at a big city main dealer once, the bins were full of non-fitted service parts.
Where I worked in vauxhall there was a few of them, they seem to be the same people who don't remove the wheels on a service or use a torque wrench on the wheel nuts
