use ccleaner to control what runs at startup. Also do a full clean with it.

Malbytes is fine, ignore the block message.

Remove mcafee (just uninstalling it will make you computer loads faster) and use avast. free and less draining on system resources. Use comodo for a firewall, which is also free.
