yes there is mate, can't be too sure on the exact specifics but the shocks are going to be just a little bit shorter and a little big better on the bump absorption

and seeing as there were 22 different front springs available for the sierra from the factory, you've got to be pretty sure that the dampers would have been suitably different as well

on the 4wd versions there were different between ac and non ac cars as well as left and rights so anything aftermarket won't have these subtle differences built in
