Biggest visual difference is that the inlet is at the front looking on at an SE, they're at the back on a Zetec E. Completely different engine though, the SE was partially designed in conjunction with Yamaha too.
Zetec E was with Honda iirc
Zetecs have been proven to go beyond 500 with out fail but getting to that will cost
