can you get HID kits for any type of bulb?

i have an impreza uk300 and the lights are piss poor at night, and its dark a lot now so need to do something with them.

it has hella lights fitted from factory like this



so has the kind of projector lens like my old puma (which also had shite lights)

i want them for the normal dipped beam, main beam seems ok

cheers for any info! oh, what colour K is best for normal driving too??
