have read for the first time about this improvement. the benefits are:

• better and more direct steering feel
• no abnormal play
• no plastic shit

most genuine steering column bearings (plastic) are as old as the car so it were a nice improvement even for MOT. you will never have any abnormal play in the column anymore. Has anyone done this improvement with the UCFL205 already?
