Its a trust thing rod. Surely you have paid for something prior to receiving or collecting something. If not it doesnt mean its something to laugh about imo.
If you speak in person to someone, then trust or good faith is something we all have to do sometimes in life its what makes the world go round unfortunately you cant trust everyone its a gamble.
When the trust is broken you get threads such as this one.
