Lee you are right Yes - Guy Richie did turn it down! He worked with Matthew Vaughn on both lock Stock and Snatch. So Matthew Vaughn directed it himself (first film he's directed) when Guy turned it down...! Did a proper job mind for his 1st time directing! imo
