I dont like to pick fault by any means but it almost looks as bad as plain rust! Id either cut 1 piece of metal to suit or get a replacement chassis rail and just replace the whole thing. Way Safer, at the end of the day if you leave it its only held together by a few spots! I know its not seen but thats no excuse. Good work on the beam though.
