I've actually been involved in this with my car, someone in the past has removed the genuine t piece and replaced it with a washer jet 4mm t piece, but there is however a solid ally piece that has been placed in the vacuum hose with a 1mm hole inside, mine however is in the pipe from t piece to actuator which I now know is the wrong way around so this could be why the car isn't very quick ?!!, I'm connecting another boost gauge today and I'm going to do a before and after on what boost it runs as is and what it's like after I've swapped it round.
I had actually spoken to a few tuners about the sizing of the jet and only one person knew anything, I will ring him back to see what he has to say, I haven't done so yet as I don't like to keep ringing bugging him for information. I do know the jetted side definitely needs connect turbo side then one pipe to lektron and one to actuator.
Try making a new tee piece, I'm using carb main jets, I have 3 different sizes, as advised will start with the 1.5mm, at the moment the car needs a set up and has a few minor issues I need to sort before then so just on actuator pressure at the mo.
I'll try ring to find out on Monday and I'll post what I find out
