It's easy mate, you can make your own hoses up by buying the parts from www.raceparts.co.uk focus rs mk 1 discs, Evo calipers and pads etc, basically you need to grind a tiny bit off the caliper in between the mounting lugs to let the brembo sit closer to the 2wd hub, then it's basically a straight piece of ally block to elongate the hubs mounting holes, drill 2 holes to bolt ally block to hub, then two holes further out to mount the caliper.
