OK did most of what you all recommended, so a sort through, it turned out to be the Ignition Coil. a quick £20 fix. She runs lovely now very smooth and not missing a skip. Only taken it up and around a few hills and streets at the moment taking it out for a proper run with a support vehicle tomorrow. But all looks good thanks for all your advice i have no doubt by cleaning up and checking everything else contributed to the fix and smooth running as well.
