Default Chipping advice

Hello all New to the scene, looking to get a few things done to the S2 but I dont outwardly want to change the appearance of the car. Its been in my family since new, when i was 7 (24 now). Ive already got a magnex exhaust system and pipercross induction kit fitted and Im thinking of doing the following:-

Chipped
-31 Actuator
Samco Boost hose
Bailey Dump Valve
Cam

Im not sure about the dump valve and im only considering it because its been recommended by the garage that services the car (who are excellent). Are they worth it? The thought of everyone looking at me when it 'dumps' doesnt fill me with joy. If i do get one fitted should it be fitted before the car gets chipped and setup on a rolling road? If i dont get one fitted would it still be worth fitting the samco boost hoses?

Ive spoken with Interpro in Bristol and theyve said its £395 + VAT to fit the chip and setup on their rolling road, and £80 for the actuator. Has anyone had any experience with them, they any good? Whats the difference between the chip theyll fit and any other company?

With regards to the cam, will changing it after the RR setup cause any problems?

Cheers!
