Personally I think if you enjoy it then keep it, as at least with every thing you replace you will then know that part's been replaced and that it's in good working order as opposed to buying something else which will be an unknown quantity. I think that's a lot of money for a clutch in one of those. I had a Mk2 RS clutch and flywheel fitted in my Mk2 Focus ST for roughly the same money. At the end of the day it's up to you but I've spent money on cars myself in the past getting them right and then sold up and looking back regretted it, as I'm then in for another laundry list of problems with something else as I don't know what has or (more often than not) hasn't been replaced with good parts.
