Right im looking at buying a rollcage for my fiesta but unsure which to get and price dont bother me within reason but weight does and safety and the abilty to use it racing. So far i can only find one cage thats even made for my model which is an omp 6 point bolt in cage which is more costly than a mutipoint weld in one but its alot lighter and i can fit it my self which is a plus but i think a bolt in cage would only allow me to enter club events hill climbs sprints ect but if i wanted to race say in ford fiesta champ i think i would have to fit a new weld in cage but i cant find one company that sells them for the 1996 to 2002 fiesta.

So what options do i have for a cage? buy a bolt in cage and hope i can use it in a championship or get a weld in one from a diffrent car and mod it to fit or get a besoke cage made but will that even be fia aproved then?
