Shit gets down all the seats and runners,you have to fold the seats forward to get under them, and the carpets hold more dirt than gandis flip flops
I have one were i just do the inside and its a 3 hour job,i hate doing it as its normaly loaded with dogs hairs and sand in the carpet

She's got 3 young kids that clamber all over the inside anyway, and put thier chocolatey hands everywhere!
all i did was vacuum the best i could and as you said, so much sand stuff and hair ball things stuck in the carpet, along with the melted sweets/chocolate in the runners!
It was only a favour to a family member anyway! I'm by no means a pro!
i drive 10 hours a day so only get to do mine and the other 3 cars in our house at the weekend!
