Cheers Jay! I use a cheap jet wash to pre rinse with some car shampoo, sort of like snow foam but nowhere near as good! Then i agitate all the shut lines, badges, and little nooks and crannies with a small brush, then rinse off, get a bucket with some cherry car shampoo in and use a micro fibre mitt to go over the whole car, then another rinse off with the jet wash, chamois the whole car, then i only had time for one going over with Autoglym super resin polish, usually i'd use a couple of other wax's but didn't have time! Just used our normal vacuum cleaner to do the inside, again, if i would've had time i would've used an uphostelry shampoo on the seats! I'll try and take a pic later of all my "kit"! It's all pretty cheap stuff to get really!
