You do realise that the purpose of a lift pump is to pump fuel from the tank to the main engine pump. And any car equipped with such a pump does not need bled.

Only vehicles with a high pressure pump that cannot suck and that have no lift pump at the tank require manual bleeding.

And any electric pump will only create pressure if there is a restriction in front of it and it is capable of creating pressure.
