Well thats been 14weeks dieting.two stone lost and today decided I'm happy with it.was meant to do it another 6 weeks but I have no notion of competing although I do think I could have got into stage condition by then.still good bit of fat round midsection and chest.will slowly up food now and still do cardio as didnt do all that work to eat crap constantly.
