Default Declaring Modifications To Insurer?

Hi guys, I'm not a car enthusiast or anything, but I just want to know what I can and cannot get away with for modifications and insurers.

I have a Fiesta 1.25 zetec MK4.. and I have just got my 1 years no claims and have only recently made a few changes to my car, I keep checking insurance quotes without any mods and its gone from £2000 a year too £600 which is obviously nice, but I would like to declare my mods and be legal..

I will tell u exactly what I have done to it.

I have replaced front and back bumper with Zetec S bumpers, I have replaced front lights with angel eyes aswell as changing the back lights to lexus looking lights, I have zetec s alloys on, a new exhaust and an induction kit..

Do I need to declare the front and back bumpers and alloys? as like I said im not a car enthusiast I don't know a big lot about cars and for all I know it could have came like that.. the lights and exhaust is obvious and the induction kit is obviously another modification, I just want to know about the wheels and bumpers really.. because I have been checking quotes declaring it all and its like £1800 again lol but if I just declare the lights exhaust and induction its £1200 cheapest I've seen, does ne1 know what the best insurance company is I can go with ? any information is kind enough.

Thanks!
