I got caught doing 63 in a 30.
4months later I had a letter saying I got 6 points £450 fine & my licence had been provoked, as I had only been driving 3 months. Anyway.. I appealed took it to court, and walked away with 3 points and £115 fine.
What a TOUCH.
Should have been banned, not just licence revoked. A few mph over the limit, can happen to anyone, but double the limit?
