I have a stage 3 saph, i dont know alot about tuning these and know whats safe and whats not, on standard internals and assuming fueling is ok, what boost can i safely run on my t3, are the rods ok at high boost? and what power can a t3 produce?

what power can you get from these engines before forging? cheers
