Check you have alternator voltage at the pump, this is a common problem with old wiring.
So how come a lot of people upgrade to cosworth pumps then ?
I'm pretty sure mine is a standard pump and was thinking of getting a Bosch 044 but if standard pumps are good for that power I guess I'll leave it
