Hey everyone i'm new here, having had many fords over the years i now have a mondeo zetec s tdci and its great well nearly lol, Had it re mapped for fuel economy obviously , but then it started going limp in 4th gear and above and smoking a sort of grey smoke, filter was new and the car has been de catted, so today had it on the dyno and a live reading of the fuel pressure and its about 200kpa below the desired pressure so obviously after about 5 seconds it goes limp, now would the fuel pressure regulator thingy on the end of the pump cause this or would it more likely be the pump itself?
