The back end is a bit different to the Granada/ sierra set up
As for changing the beam on the 4wd, you can change the arms and be beam and keep the other bits as they will all change over
Even if you have a 7.5 inch diff you can fit it in a 7 inch beam by just chopping a bit if the diff casing off
