The problem i had with mine was i couldnt get it to spark and it eneded up being the small brown earth wire that runs along with the amal valve wiring. Most people hate wiring i know i sure do lol best thing to do is go over all the wiring again and exactly what you have done & double check i had to do that a few times.
My mates just built a fiesta rs turbo and he is having the same problem as you with having a spark and having fuel up to the injectors but only fires on like brake cleaner or easy start up the crossover pipe.
