Its had quite a few things done recently which the pictures dont show. By far the best thing is this -

The JP exhaust replaces the Milltek, and although I miss the noise its really pulled the bottom and mid range up and smoothed the power curve out, thanks to longer individual pipes. Its a shame its so quiet but the note is awesome, it fitted perfectly and I cant help but think I should of got one in the first place, for it to have made a noticeable difference in driveability shows how good it is.

Compare the layout of the Milltek to the JP -

And then the JP fitted (not my car)

There is only one 90 degree turn in the JP, the pipe size is better matched with 2x 2 inch pipes leading to a 2.5, this has really helped the torque. Its less boomy aswell.

Other changes, I've fitted my OE but modded airbox back on and again noticed an improvement, even this time of year! So no more induction kit for me, twin 60mm feeds to the airbox and a BMC panel filter do the job just fine, and looking back at my time slips of which there are many, proves it was quicker with the airbox!

Also fitted NGK Iridium plugs, improved the breather system, fitted a beefier diesel gearbox mount, powerflex mounts for the exhaust, new rear discs and pads, and some Michelin PS3 boots for the front.

Oh, and sourced a 82c thermostat from the states with Motul Mocool to keep the temps under check, as they do like to run on the hot side. All the little things add up so I'm hoping for better RR and Pod results this year.
