Personally i'd change ALL the fluids and belts for piece of mind.
I'd also put a decent semi synthetic oil in for say 500-1000 miles then change to good fully synthetic. Fresh coolant after running up to temp, and flush the radiator through too, brake fluid should be changed every couple years anyway so i'd refresh that.
